The Glidecue app does not collect or transmit your scripts, recordings, or usage data to us. There is no account, advertising, analytics SDK, or tracking.

Camera and microphone

Glidecue requests permission to show the front-camera preview and record video with audio when you open the recording studio. Camera and microphone access stop when you leave the studio or review a completed take. You can revoke these permissions in iOS Settings. Camera-off rehearsal needs neither permission. If you enable the live rehearsal preview, Glidecue uses only the camera; it does not use the microphone or create a recording.

Local scripts and videos

Your scripts, settings, and recorded movies are stored in the app's storage on your device. We cannot read them. Files may be included in device backups according to your Apple backup settings; Glidecue does not operate its own cloud storage or synchronization service. Deleting a script or take removes its local app copy. Deleting the app removes its local data. Copies in your backups or exported elsewhere are managed separately.

Importing and sharing

You select which text files to import. Nothing is uploaded by importing. When you use Share or save video or share a script, iOS sends your chosen content to the destination you select. That destination's privacy policy applies to the exported copy.

Purchases

Apple processes the optional one-time recording purchase. Glidecue uses StoreKit to verify purchase entitlement on your device. We do not operate a purchase server or receive your payment-card details. Apple's privacy policy governs App Store purchases and Apple services.

Support emails

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive scripts or recordings unless needed. Contact us to request access to or deletion of support correspondence, subject to any applicable retention requirements.

This website

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as your IP address and request information. We have not added advertising, analytics scripts, or cookies to this site.

We will update this page and its date if the app's privacy practices change.
